HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa is looking for a Full-Time Caregiver RecruitmentTraining Coordinator to help us build and support an incredible team of caregivers.
If you're organized, outgoing, enjoy meeting people, and have a talent for finding the right people for the right job, we'd love to meet you. Your primary focus will be recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training caregivers.
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Location: Council Bluffs, IA
Type: Full-time, Onsite
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
- Develop creative ways to attract qualified caregiver candidates
- Lead new caregiver orientation and training
- Provide in-home training and caregiver support as needed
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and help address questions
- Work with the Service Coordinator to help fill open shifts
- Use WellSky and other software to track recruiting and caregiver activity
- Participate in on-call responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable leading training and working independently
- Solid computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Experience in home care, senior care, hospice, dementia care, healthcare, staffing, or HR is a plus
- WellSky or scheduling experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean criminal/driving record
