About the role

As a Campus Recruiting Assistant for TQL, you will be responsible for directly supporting one of our top Campus Recruiters with a variety of tasks throughout the TQL recruitment process. This includes finding prospective candidates, coordinating on-campus events, and maintaining and updating profiles in our recruiting platforms, while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Source, engage, and nurture prospective candidates through targeted outreach, follow-up efforts, and ongoing relationship management
  • Maintain recruiting pipelines, candidate tracking systems, and lead activity records to support hiring goals and recruiting initiatives
  • Coordinate post-event engagement, including follow-up calls, emails, and re-engagement of previous campus recruiting leads to drive application conversions
  • Research and identify new campus recruiting opportunities, student organizations, and event partnerships to expand talent pipelines
  • Support campus recruiting operations by preparing event materials, coordinating recruiting collateral, creating QR codes, and assisting with candidate engagement strategies for upcoming graduates

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior customer service or recruiting experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, campus contacts, and hiring managers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills, effectively managing a large volume of tasks
  • High sense of urgency and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high-level of professionalism
  • Proficient with MS Office products
