The Recruiter – Campus/Entry Level Hires (“Recruiter”) is responsible for the effective and timely recruitment and placement of external candidates, with specific focus on the College Recruiting Program. This position involves development, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and administration of all recruiting processes. The position includes a high-level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of Human Resources.

- Guides candidates through the hiring process, and successfully closes the candidates during the offer stage.
- Delivers informative presentations in classrooms or at student organization events.
- Helps develop and conduct training programs for staff and managers who participate in recruitment activities to improve recruiting and hiring efficiencies.
- Works directly with managers and assists them in carrying out their responsibilities with interviewing and selection.

- Coordinates the College Recruiting Program.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with college and university accounting departments and college placement officials as a source to generate qualified applicants.
- Oversees, plans, develops, and implements effective recruiting strategies, developing fresh approaches to keeping up with the changing employment market.
- Understands the marketplace activities and key players of our competitors.
- Ensures that all activities, job fairs, information sessions, and interview schedules are effectively planned and executed.
- Maintains records on recruitment activities, considering relevant metrics and producing relevant data.
- Develops candidate pipelines to ensure consistency between open requisitions and related recruiting activities.
- Participates on committees and special projects, and seeks additional responsibilities.
- Updates Applicant Tracking System with candidate information and provides candidate paperwork to Human Resources Administration at point-of-offer acceptance.
- Maintains ability to travel as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and one to three years related professional experience, including participation in a campus-recruiting program.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. In addition, this position requires experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Certificates and Licenses
Valid driver's license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Requires limited supervisory responsibilities, including training employees, assigning work, and checking work for accuracy and completeness.
