Our team combines deep anesthesia-industry knowledge with a responsive, relationship-driven approach. We are growing and looking for a motivated professional who wants to build a career in healthcare staffing while contributing to our client and clinician relationships.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

CURA Staffing is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Business Development & Clinical Recruiting Associate. The Associate will support efforts to identify new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, anesthesia groups, and ambulatory surgery centers while also helping recruit anesthesiologists and CRNAs for locum tenens and contract assignments.

Healthcare staffing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, initiative, professionalism, and a desire to grow. This role offers opportunities for increased responsibility and career advancement as the company continues to expand.
