HR Recruiting Coordinator
Full-Time | In-Office (Mon-Thurs 9am–5pm, Fri 9am-1pm)
$23-28 per hour, plus full benefits
We are seeking a passionate, people-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, front-facing environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build trust with, applicants, caregivers and internal teams.
This role requires someone with solid recruiting experience and a natural “feel for people” - someone who can connect easily with candidates, assess fit, and guide them through the hiring process with professionalism and warmth. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, handles a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with clarity and patience, and represents the organization positively at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with walk-in applicants, providing knowledgeable and professional support.
- Manage high volume of calls and inquiries related to recruiting.
- Handle high-volume recruitment for caregiving positions
- Manage and monitor Indeed recruitment ads to ensure consistent applicant flow
- Schedule applicants for pre-screening interviews
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with professionalism, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Provide translation support to ensure clear communication and understanding
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR records
- Cover for coworkers when needed
- Support the HR team with additional tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Russian or Mandarin/Cantonese
- 1 year of previous customer service experience required
- HR or recruiting experience preferred
- Proactive problem solver with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to resolve issues while following established policies and procedures
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Experience working with HR systems, or the ability to learn quickly
- Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance
- Dependable, flexible, and a collaborative team player
- Willing to cover for coworkers and assist with translation support as needed
- Passionate about HR and recruiting and committed to creating positive, supportive experiences at every point of contact
- Enjoys helping others and serving as a reliable, trusted resource for others
