What the job involves

  • Our sales team is scaling fast, and we need an Early Talent Recruiter to help us find the next generation of talent at universities across the U.S. and Canada

  • Build and own campus recruiting across U.S. and Canadian universities, focused on early-career sales talent
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the U.S. and Canada, including Sales Managers, Sales Associates, POS Technicians, and more, from sourcing and outreach to interview scheduling and offer
  • Grow Chowbus's presence in Chinese student communities: Chinese Students and Scholars Associations (CSSAs), Chinese and Asian student associations, alumni networks, WeChat groups, and career centers
  • Own our Handshake presence: manage our employer profile, secure school approvals, post jobs, run virtual fairs and info sessions, and engage students through Handshake messaging
  • Source creatively across Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), North American Chinese job and community platforms, and anywhere else candidates gather
  • Create recruiting content in Chinese and English, including posts, posters, and short videos, that students actually want to read and share
  • Partner with Marketing on employer branding, including recruiting posters, copy, short videos, and online campaigns
  • Plan and run campus events, info sessions, and career fairs, in person and online
  • Build a campus ambassador network to extend our reach at target schools
