About the Role

As a BCBA Recruiter, you will be responsible for

  • Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job postings, social media, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to identify the most qualified candidates for BCBA and other roles within the organization
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with our hiring managers and clinical teams
  • Conduct background checks and verifications for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job postings, candidate interactions, and hiring processes

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and select BCBA candidates for full-time and part-time positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and interview questions
  • Utilize various recruitment tools to post job openings, track applicants, and store candidate data
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures
  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all recruitment activities

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new recruitment software and systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
