Need a Corporate Sourcing Recruiter with basic understanding of recruiting and 1+ year of hands-on experience with sourcing resumes for open roles

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Corporate Recruiting team. In this role, you will leverage various sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline for Artech’s current and future hiring needs. This entails formulation and execution of various sourcing strategies to attract passive as well as active talent pool of candidates, for open jobs and passing-on the leads for interested candidates to the Corp Recruiting team so that they can screen them further for the various open jobs.
Responsibilities
- Focus primarily on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects for Artech’s US offices, specifically for recruiting and sales roles.
- Approaching passive candidates and convince them to pursue an open position.
- Leverage platforms including LinkedIn, Job Diva, Careerbuilder, Indeed and social media to actively engage top prospects and build awareness for job opportunities with Artech
- Build relationships with individuals and with pools of talent in support of current and future hiring needs
- Proactively network for referrals that will identify additional talent for the firm.
- Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through researching, prospecting, and active networking using various sourcing channels such as external resume databases, social media, alumni networks, professional organizations, and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Keeps Job Diva - Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
- Submit candidates to the corporate recruiting team for further qualification and interest in available opportunities.
- Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple recruiting partners
- Understanding ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.
- Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses.
- Performs other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing creative sourcing strategies for active and passive talent through various sourcing channels such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media, professional organizations, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, must possess strong execution skills, and a willingness to work on tactical and routine tasks.
- Well versed with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Job Diva.
- Work collaboratively on teams and consult effectively and independently with all levels of the organization.
- Must feel comfortable working in a Night Shift (EST).
- Must be detail oriented, self-directed, excellent follow-through, and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
