Overview
The Executive Recruiting Analyst within our Global Executive TA team plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and exceptional candidate experience. This role collaborates closely with senior recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to manage the scheduling, coordination, and onboarding processes for executive (LG4+) hires across multiple functions and locations. This role demands high attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset to ensure a "white glove" experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Candidate Experience & Coordination
- Deliver a differentiated and exceptional candidate experience to position PepsiCo as an Employer of Choice for executive talent.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual (MS Teams) and on-site interviews and meetings, including kick-off, status, and debrief meetings.
- For on-site interviews, liaise with Security and personally escort candidates to and from interview locations, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. If on-site interviews take place outside of Purchase, ensure local points of contact are available and adhere to the process.
- Partner with executive assistants to senior leadership teams, maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing candidate experience.
Onboarding & Process Management
- Oversee onboarding tasks, including managing background checks, drug tests, and other local onboarding requirements using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other platforms.
- Ensure smooth facilitation of onboarding processes, maintaining communication with candidates until their first day.
- Proactively identify and escalate process breakdowns to the VP of global Executive Recruiting, while providing recommendations for streamlining and automation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to align scheduling priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Serve as the scheduling point of contact for candidates and business stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support reporting, special projects, and initiatives to drive efficiencies and enhance the recruitment process.
System & Data Management
- Maintain the Executive Talent Acquisition SharePoint Archive (SPA) Box for tracking and documentation purposes.
- Manage candidate data and updates in iCIMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes.
- Generate reports and provide insights as needed to support the team’s operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Management: Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to provide a seamless and professional experience for candidates, hiring teams, and executive assistants.
- Scheduling & Coordination Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex interview scheduling, including virtual and on-site meetings, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Onboarding Process Management: Experience overseeing background checks, drug testing, and other pre-hire requirements, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding.
- Time Management & Organization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Technology & Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, escalate challenges, and recommend process improvements.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization, fostering inclusivity, shared accountability, and teamwork across cultures.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Corporate TA Experience: Experience in executive recruitment coordination or onboarding processes within a corporate environment.
- Executive-Level Support: Familiarity working with senior leadership teams and executive assistants in high-stakes recruitment processes.
- Data & Reporting Skills: Experience in data management, reporting, and generating insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Passion for streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence in talent acquisition processes.
