About the Role
We are seeking a technically fluent, AI-savvy Technical Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle hiring for some of the most sought-after talent segments in today's market, including Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Platform Engineering, and AI Product Management.
This is not a generalist recruiting role.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of AI technologies, strong sourcing expertise, market intelligence capabilities, and a proven track record of closing highly competitive technical talent.
As part of our Corporate Growth Services team, you will help power the organization's reinvention through next-generation shared services, integrated data and AI insights, and a modern human-led, AI-enabled delivery model. You will serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders while delivering a seamless, transparent, and candidate-centric experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
This opportunity is open to individuals remote, but open to in office a few times a quarter
Additionally, the role requires access to reliable internet and the ability to manage all responsibilities from a home office. The project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday, in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized AI and emerging technology roles, including Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Platform Engineering, AI Product Management, and related technical disciplines.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market intelligence on compensation trends, talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring strategies.
- Assess candidates' technical capabilities and provide clear, evidence-based evaluations to support informed hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Partner closely with workforce planning, HR, hiring managers, and operational stakeholders to align recruiting activities with business objectives.
- Champion responsible and compliant use of AI in recruiting while maintaining adherence to company policies and hiring standards.
Deliverables or Project Scope
- Lead technical searches from talent mapping and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation, acceptance, and onboarding handoff.
- Develop and maintain proactive pipelines of scarce AI talent utilizing multiple sourcing channels and long-term engagement strategies.
- Create and manage recruiting dashboards, pipeline reports, hiring activity metrics, and time-to-fill visibility within Workday.
- Meet established recruiting service level agreements (SLAs) related to candidate communication, hiring manager feedback, and requisition progress.
- Deliver structured candidate shortlists with clear rationale, market insights, and talent recommendations.
- Provide continuous competitive intelligence and AI talent market updates to inform workforce planning and hiring decisions.
- Ensure every candidate receives timely communication, status updates, and a respectful hiring experience regardless of outcome.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment for technical and/or engineering talent.
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience recruiting for Agentic AI, LLM, AI Platform Engineering, AI Product Management, or closely related AI-focused roles.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience utilizing AI-enabled recruiting tools such as Copilot, Claude, Gemini, HiredScore, or similar platforms for sourcing, market intelligence, or recruiting workflow optimization.
- Experience conducting candidate assessments and presenting hiring recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success recruiting for emerging AI, machine learning, and advanced engineering talent within highly competitive markets.
- Proven track record leading complex technical searches from talent mapping through successful offer acceptance and close.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targets.
- AI-related certifications or professional training.
- Previous experience in Professional Services, Management Consulting, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience recruiting for organizations such as Deloitte, EY, NVIDIA, OpenAI, or similar technology and consulting ecosystems.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday, HiredScore, Paradox, HackerRank, and recruiting analytics tools.
- Experience utilizing data-driven recruiting practices, forecasting methodologies, and pipeline analytics.
- Familiarity with application optimization tools, ATS integrations, and candidate engagement technologies designed to reduce applicant drop-off.

Additional Information / Requirements
- Work Location: Remote within the United States.
- Hybrid Expectations: Occasional in-office attendance may be requested, typically 1-2 times per month or several times per quarter for recruiting events, interviews, town halls, team meetings, and community activities.
- Travel Requirement: Less than 10% anticipated.
- Interview Process: Two rounds of virtual interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams.
- Contract Duration: Up to 12 months; extension potential unknown.

- Preferred Geographic Markets: Open to candidates throughout the U.S.; significant organizational presence in Houston, Dallas, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, San Francisco, and Seattle.

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer BCforward, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
