Please note, this is a fully in-person role. Candidate must be willing and able to commute to 341 Trinity Place, Malverne, NY 11565 for a full time Monday-Friday 9-5 work schedule.
Achievement Behavior Care is a LCSW, BCBA-owned and operated agency dedicated to connecting quality ABA services to children with autism and their families across NY and NJ. As an ABA Recruiter, you will be instrumental in building our ABA Professional Network and connecting them to the communities that need ABA services on a daily basis.
About the Role
As an ABA Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified ABA professionals to join our team. This includes:
- Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit for our company culture
- Developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and other organizations to identify potential candidates
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience
- Collaborating with our hiring team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or ABA related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ABA services and autism spectrum disorder
