ABA Recruiter and Onboarding Coordinator
Budding Futures ABA is growing across Colorado, and we’re looking for a strong Recruiter and Onboarding Coordinator to help us build an amazing team.
This role is focused on employee recruiting and onboarding — primarily hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You’ll own the hiring process from the time someone applies through the time they are fully onboarded, trained, and ready to begin working with a client.
We’re looking for someone who is great with people, extremely organized, and knows how to keep candidates engaged and moving through the hiring process. If you enjoy recruiting, following up, building relationships, and seeing a new hire successfully get started, this could be a great fit.
Budding Futures provides in-home and community-based ABA therapy throughout Colorado. We do not operate a clinic or center. This is a primarily remote administrative role. Candidates located in Colorado are preferred, with Denver-area candidates a plus.
What You’ll Own
- Review applicants and identify strong BT/RBT candidates
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews
- Follow up quickly and consistently with promising candidates
- Move candidates through interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding
- Coordinate employee paperwork and payroll onboarding
- Track required training and RBT certification steps
- Keep candidates engaged while completing the onboarding process
- Coordinate introductions with BCBAs and other team members
- Make sure new hires are fully prepared before their first client session
- Maintain an organized recruiting and onboarding pipeline
- Work closely with leadership, scheduling, and our clinical team to understand current staffing needs
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates before positions become urgent
- Check in with new employees after they begin to help support retention
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you
- Have experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, HR, or a similar role
- Are comfortable conducting phone and video interviews
- Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, text, and email
- Are highly organized and good at keeping track of many moving pieces
- Follow up without needing to be reminded
- Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
- Can move quickly while still giving candidates a positive experience
- Are comfortable working independently in a primarily remote environment
Experience recruiting within ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or another clinical setting is a strong plus, but it is not required. We’re also interested in strong recruiters who are excited to learn the ABA field.

Part-time and full-time candidates may be considered
$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
