Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (In-Person & Remote). This role requires working on-site at our Park Ridge, IL corporate office at least once a week.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for Vitae Health Systems' clinical and corporate teams. This role owns the end-to-end hiring process for a range of roles — including Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Podiatrists, and Corporate positions — from sourcing and outreach through offer and close. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships with passive talent, moves quickly as priorities shift, and wants to help scale a growing healthcare organization.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clinical and corporate requisitions, from intake through offer and close
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and other sourcing platforms
Recruit across a range of roles, including Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Podiatrists, and Corporate positions
Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organization's continued growth
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, adjusting sourcing strategy as business needs shift
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both qualification and cultural fit
Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to inform hiring strategy
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to strengthen Vitae's presence with prospective candidates
Develop and nurture relationships with schools, training programs, and professional associations to build long-term talent pipelines
Stay current on healthcare recruiting trends, licensure requirements, and market conditions across all roles supported

What We're Looking For

Required

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally supporting multiple roles or departments simultaneously
Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to generate interest from passive candidates
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing
Healthcare industry recruiting experience
Ability to react quickly to shifting priorities and align efforts to the dynamic needs of a growing business
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and business information
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to work on-site at our Park Ridge, IL corporate office at least once a week

Preferred (not required)

Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, or Podiatrists
Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
