Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Financial Advisor Recruiting, plays a critical role in supporting Trajan Wealth growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring experienced Financial Advisors nationwide. This position owns the full-cycle recruiting process for advisor talent and works closely with leadership to build strategic pipelines that support expansion initiatives.

This position is 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate office.

Duties and responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Financial Advisors both locally and nationally.
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with passive advisor talent.
Partner with leadership on advisor hiring objectives and growth initiatives.
Conduct screenings to evaluate advisor experience, production history, and cultural fit.
Communicate Trajan Wealth value proposition and transition opportunities.
Maintain ATS records, reporting, and recruiting documentation.

Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and offer negotiations.

Qualifications

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Financial Advisors, Advisor Teams, and wealth management professionals.
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with passive advisor talent.
Partner with leadership on advisor hiring objectives and growth initiatives.
Conduct screenings to evaluate advisor experience, production history, and cultural fit.
Communicate Trajan Wealth value proposition and transition opportunities.
Maintain ATS records, reporting, and recruiting documentation.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and offer negotiations.
Attend industry events and support advisor recruitment marketing efforts.

$75,000 to $90,000 annual base salary plus a per hire bonus.
