| Job Summary Tipton Mills Foods is seeking a bi-lingual (fully English and Spanish speaking) individual to support our employees. This is an entry level position that is well suited to recent graduates or individuals re-entering the work force. This position supports employees with benefits and light human resources duties including coordinating hiring actions, onboarding new employees, collecting timesheets, and reporting payroll. |
| Responsibilities - Manage and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - Provide support for benefits administration and employee inquiries. - Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and payroll calculations. - Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. - Maintaining accurate employee records. - Implementing Timeco, a payroll management system. - Coordinating the company incentive, employee appreciation, and bonus programs. - Participating in company meetings, planning events, and being a model team member. |
| Competencies - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in HR and payroll administration is a plus, but not required - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain professional vs. personal boundaries. Handles confidential information professionally. - Commitment to fairness and integrity in all interactions. Skills The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English; will possess integrity and a self-starting attitude; performs prompt and effective communication, both written and verbal. Being computer literate is required for emails, video calls, database management and analysis, and running desktop programs. It is important that you are able to build trust among company leadership and employees with availability, genuine concern, and sensitivity. |
