Title : Recruiter

Duration : 6 months

Location : Florence KY 41042

Timings : 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM

Position Description:

Source qualified candidates

Consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications

Develop, maintain and update a network of contacts to help identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool

Review and interview applicants

Recommend and negotiate employment offers

Track candidate activity and provide recruiting status reports

Skills equivalent to 3-5 years in comparable position

High Volume CALL CENTER Recruiting experience required
