About the Role

This role is designed for a versatile recruiting professional who can drive talent acquisition while adapting to the dynamic needs of a growing organization. Your primary focus will be collaborating with leaders across our US and India businesses to manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels of the organization. As a key member of the People team, you will also flex into supporting general HR operations as business priorities evolve.

Primary Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition

End-to-End Recruiting: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle across all organizational levels, managing role approvals, intake strategy, proactive sourcing, candidate assessments, interview execution, and final offer negotiations and closures.
Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain dynamic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate future talent demands.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a highly positive candidate journey by providing timely updates and transparent communication. Promote the organization's culture, values, career opportunities, and benefits.
Process Optimization: Train and support hiring managers on interview best practices, structured interviews, and evaluation criteria. Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to its full potential, ensuring all templates are up to date.
Reporting & Vendor Management: Track key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job board vendors to ensure performance and cost-effectiveness.

Secondary Responsibilities: HR Operations Support

Onboarding Logistics: Ensure new joiners have a smooth start by preparing, coordinating, and distributing HR-related documentation.
Data & Administration: Assist with core HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing HRIS updates.
Employee Inquiries: Serve as a supplemental point of contact for general employee inquiries related to standard HR policies and processes.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the People Operations team with compliance audits, process documentation, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition across all organizational levels, coupled with a strong willingness and foundational ability to support HR operations.
Familiarity with recruitment software and ATS platforms (such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) as well as standard HRIS platforms.
Working knowledge of employment guidelines, HR compliance, and general HR best practices. relevant employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Preferred: Experience working within the Payments or Fintech sectors.
