Build relationships with technical colleges, workforce organizations, community partners, and prospective candidates.
Discover and recruit potential candidates before they even know they are looking for a change

What You Bring

An outgoing, confident personality and genuine interest in meeting and getting to know people.
Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
Strong communication, organization, follow-through, creativity, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel for recruiting purposes and to regularly attend networking events some of which may be outside standard business hours.
Manufacturing, industrial, or skilled-trades recruiting experience is preferred
