As part of our Human Resources team, you'll help support more than 2,700 employees across the 5 states where Kendall operates. From welcoming new hires to keeping HR processes running smoothly, you'll play an important role in creating a great employee experience. This is an on-site position in Meridian, Idaho.

What You'll Be Doing

Completing background checks and supporting the hiring process
Working with Hiring Managers to pre-screen candidates and ensure we are contacting candidates quickly
Maintaining contact with HR Manager and Hiring Manager throughout background check process
Ensuring all candidates are moved through the entire process in a timely manner; Our goal is to contact every candidate
Helping bring new team members onboard through hiring, onboarding, and orientation
Entering and maintaining accurate employee information
Answering HR phone calls and providing helpful information
Supporting a variety of additional HR projects and administrative tasks

You'll Thrive Here If You

Enjoy staying organized and juggling multiple priorities
Love helping people and creating a welcoming first impression
Have at least 2 years of office experience (background check experience is a plus!)
Have strong communication, grammar, and data entry skills
Are comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and multiple computer applications
Can handle detailed work with accuracy— in a fast-paced environment
Value professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Don't mind repetitive tasks and appreciate the satisfaction of getting the details right
