Description

As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a key role in building a diverse, talented, and high-performing workforce by supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business areas. Working as part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will help source, engage, and guide prospective candidates through the hiring process—ensuring a positive and inclusive experience at every stage. A Typical Day in the Life Includes

Support full-cycle recruitment processes for early-career and professional-level roles, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
Assist with sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communications between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in recruitment marketing initiatives and career events.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and consistently throughout the hiring process.
Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature, Workday, or iCIMS).
Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience working with Early Talent hiring.
Experience in technical recruiting.
