Keep the ATS accurate — maintain requisition and candidate records, monitor aging candidates daily, and keep stalled steps moving
Report the numbers — deliver daily activity reports and a weekly recruiting dashboard covering pipelines, time to fill, offers, and hiring outcomes
Create a great candidate experience — provide clear, timely communication to candidates and hiring managers at every step
Build talent pipelines — develop relationships with schools, community partners, and referral sources, and represent the organization at recruiting events
