About the Role

Decagon is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to help us identify and attract exceptional engineering talent as we continue to scale our technical organization.

You’ll partner closely with recruiters, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across our engineering organization. You’ll have significant ownership over how we map the market, identify and engage talent, and continuously raise the bar for the engineers we bring to Decagon.

You may be a good fit if you

Have 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth or talent-dense technology company
Have a strong track record of identifying and engaging exceptional software engineers
Consistently build high-quality pipelines and deliver against ambitious hiring goals
Are creative and resourceful in finding hard-to-reach talent and crafting compelling outreach
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers

Even better if you

Have experience sourcing at an AI company, high-growth startup, or talent-dense organization
Have sourced specialized talent across areas like AI/ML, infrastructure, or distributed systems
Use data and market knowledge to measure, iterate, and improve sourcing effectiveness
Bring a high level of ownership, urgency, and creativity in finding hard-to-reach talent

Compensation

$110k - $200k + equity
