This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.

What You’ll Do

Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

Enjoy setting appointments and opening doors for in-person conversations
Are comfortable speaking with new people every day
Like structured goals and performance-based incentives
Want growth opportunities within a fitness and training organization

This Role Is Not a Fit If You

Dislike outbound calling or consistent follow-up
Prefer purely inbound or administrative work
Are uncomfortable talking with prospects who may need multiple touchpoints
