D&M Leasing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our corporate offices, dealerships, and affiliated companies. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, partnering directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, takes initiative in finding talent, and can work independently while collaborating with a recruiting team.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience and is confident managing the full recruitment process, not just reviewing incoming applications.

Strong sourcing experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools, with the ability to speak to specific sourcing strategies and results.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and Indeed to identify, connect with, and engage both active and passive candidates.
Experience supporting multiple locations and hiring managers, balancing different hiring needs and priorities.
Ability to independently manage 5+ active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through.
Proactive and organized, with the ability to build candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
