Position Summary

The HR GeneralistRecruiter owns the full-cycle recruitment process and manages employee file compliance. This dual-focus role is critical to our agency's operational success-balancing active talent sourcing and hiring pipelines with rigorous adherence to Joint Commission and state regulatory standards for personnel files and credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle RecruitmentSourcing:
- Partner with leadership to assess hiring needs and manage active job postings across platforms like Indeed to maximize candidate flow.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules with branch leadership.
Manage the candidate pipeline from initial application to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional and engaging candidate experience.
HR ComplianceEmployee File Management:
- Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready electronic and physical employee files in strict compliance with Joint Commission accreditation standards and state regulations.
Track credentials, background checks, licenses, health screenings, and annual training requirements to ensure 100% compliance.
Prepare documentation for internal audits and quality assurance reviews.
OnboardingAdministrative Support:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist with general human resources inquiries, record-keeping, and coordination with payroll/administrative workflows.

QualificationsSkills

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition (healthcare, home care, or nursing staffing experience strongly preferred).
Compliance Mindset: Strong familiarity with regulatory compliance, credential tracking, or accreditation standards (Joint Commission experience is a major plus).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with job boards (especially Indeed hiring dashboards), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS software.
CommunicationOrganization: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
