About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide full-cycle recruiting support across multiple client accounts, divisions, departments, and locations.

This person will independently manage the recruiting process from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions and hiring manager relationships while adjusting to different business needs, hiring processes, and candidate profiles.

Previous agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing experience is preferred but not required. The primary requirement is demonstrated full-cycle recruiting ownership in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer support, closing, and candidate disposition.
Manage requisitions across multiple client accounts, divisions, departments, job families, and geographic locations.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, job description review, hiring priorities, and recruiting timelines.
Create and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, job boards, and ATS databases.
Build qualified candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
Conduct recruiter screens and provide hiring managers with clear candidate summaries and recommendations.
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
Support offer development, presentation, candidate negotiation, and closing activities.
Manage multiple priorities and adjust recruiting activity based on hiring urgency, business needs, and client expectations.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, interview, and disposition information within the ATS.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding pipelines, candidate progress, recruiting challenges, and next steps.
Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience across all assigned accounts and openings.
Support new client accounts, account transitions, volume increases, aging requisitions, and team coverage needs.
Follow applicable recruiting practices and coordinate with internal partners regarding state-specific hiring requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated ownership of the recruiting process from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
Experience managing high volume, multiple requisitions, hiring managers, departments, or business groups simultaneously.
Experience supporting recruiting across multiple states or geographic markets.
Experience recruiting for different departments, job families, or levels of seniority.
Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines from the ground up.
Experience conducting recruiter screens and presenting qualified candidates to hire managers.
Strong hiring manager partnership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Strong communication, organization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
Experience working within an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate and requisition records.
Ability to learn and adapt to different client expectations, business needs, recruiting processes, and employer brands.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with recruiters, account leaders, and other internal partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting multiple client accounts or separate books of business.
Previous RPO, staffing agency, search firm, or embedded recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting across multiple industries, divisions, departments, or job families.
Experience working directly with external clients or clients hiring managers.
Familiarity with recruiting performance metrics, including time to fill, pipeline activity, submittal-to-interview conversion, offer acceptance, and client service expectations.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
