Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage the recruiting process and help identify qualified candidates for technical positions. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical roles and be comfortable working directly with hiring managers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting and staffing.
Work with program management and technical teams to understand position requirements and technical skills needed.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, company websites, and other recruiting tools.
Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications and experience.
Contact references and assess candidates against position requirements.
Maintain candidate information and recruiting activity in the company ATS.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Assist with offers, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle information requests.
Address recruiting issues and ensure timely follow-through.
Maintain confidentiality and professional business practices.

Requirements

1–2 years of recruiting experience.
Technical recruiting experience required.
Strong knowledge of recruiting and hiring practices.
Familiarity with employment and hiring laws.
Proficiency with social media and online recruiting platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and record-keeping abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively.
Professional demeanor and strong follow-through.
