Ensure job postings are completed within a timely manner of requisition date
Review incoming employment applications to identify qualified candidates, then schedule and conduct interviews
Partner closely with the senior leaders to coordinate in-person interviews together and provide recommendation of candidates
Complete background checks, Hire Forms, and new employee checklists
Conduct HR orientation and manage onboarding process including exceptional communication with new employees, managers, and training team
Follow through with 30-60-90 check-in for all new employees
Review HR related invoices for accuracy, prepare invoices for payment and notify HR Manager of any discrepancies
File documents into appropriate employee files and perform other clerical functions
Assist department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all credit union employees
Actively participate in HR industry networks to bring innovative ideas to the credit union

Minimum of 3 years recruiting
High School Graduate
Proficient with or ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and time management
High ethical standards, ability to handle confidential data, exhibit initiative, work well independently, and exercise sound judgement
